Important Information About Your Appointment
Cancellations/no-shows: Out of respect for our time and other people’s need for treatment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment: the sooner, the better. Please note that outside of this time frame you will no longer be able to change or cancel your appointment through our online scheduling system, and if you still decide to change or cancel your appointment you may, at our discretion, be subject to a late-change or -cancel fee equivalent to the lower end of our sliding scale for your community acupuncture treatment (first or return visit); $15 if your community acupuncture treatment is for stop-smoking support only; and 50% of the price of your private acupuncture treatment, cupping-only treatment, or herbal consult. If you miss your appointment altogether, you may be charged a no-show fee of the same amount.
Contagious illness: Please do not come in for treatment if you are feeling under the weather; we will waive your cancellation fee. If you are at the tail end of a cold, you can come in for treatment but we may ask you to wear a mask.
