Health tips for spring
Spring is about revitalization. It is a time of birth. In the Chinese calendar, spring begins before the spring equinox; we discuss this in more detail here.
You can live in tune with spring by:
Going to bed early
Arising early to exercise outdoors
Doing stretching exercises to loosen up your tendons and muscles
Expressing yourself freely both physically and emotionally but avoiding excess emotion
Consuming green tea, spinach, celery, fennel, rice, buckwheat, and sour foods such as lemon
