Health tips for summer
With many animals and plants having begun to mature in spring on top of plentiful sunshine, summer is a time of abundance. In the Chinese calendar, summer begins before the summer solstice; we discuss this in more detail here.
You can live in tune with summer by:
Going to bed slightly later and arising early
Engaging in physical activity
Doing things that bring you joy
Consuming fruit, tomato, cucumber, spinach, yogurt, wheat, barley, green tea, and mineral water
